Owens Corning Duration Roof Replacement with 5-Inch Seamless Gutters and LeafBlaster Pro

Project Description

This Greater Houston project included a complete roof replacement using Owens Corning Duration® architectural shingles, along with a new 5-inch seamless aluminum gutter system and LeafBlaster Pro® stainless steel micro-mesh gutter protection. The existing roofing materials were removed, damaged roof decking was replaced where needed, and the new roofing system was installed with RhinoRoof® synthetic underlayment, ice and water protection in critical areas, new flashing, and replacement pipe jacks. The new gutters and micro-mesh protection were then installed to help manage roof runoff and reduce the buildup of leaves, roof grit, and small debris. The completed exterior system provides coordinated roof and drainage performance designed for Greater Houston’s heavy rainfall, heat, and severe weather conditions. Built to last. Proven to protect.
