Full Roof Replacement and Roofline Restoration
Project Description
This Greater Houston roofing project involved the complete replacement of an aging roof that had received numerous repairs over the years.
Before replacement, the roof showed widespread shingle deterioration, mismatched repair sections, worn areas around roof valleys, aging roof penetrations, heavy sealant use, and multiple previous patches. One section had even been temporarily covered with roofing material held in place by concrete blocks.
Rather than continuing to add repairs to an already compromised roofing system, the existing roofing materials were removed so the roof could be rebuilt as one consistent system.
The completed roof features new architectural asphalt shingles across the main roof planes, clean hip and ridge transitions, properly integrated plumbing and exhaust penetrations, and updated low-profile roof ventilation components.
Special attention was given to the valleys, roof transitions, flashing areas, and penetrations that had previously required repeated repairs.
The result is a clean, uniform roofing system without the scattered patches, temporary coverings, and deteriorated sections visible before the replacement.
